Terms

Requirements from Maritime Safety Queensland (MSQ). Please tick boxes to agree to the following:

Name

Completed Online Training and Printed Certificate

1. I understand I must have completed the online training and printed the certificate prior to the practical training and assessing.

Practical Within 3 Months of Online

2. I understand I must engage with practical training and assessing within 3 months of completing the online training.

Quiz to Validate Knowledge

3. I understand that I will be quizzed to validate my knowledge of the online training prior to attempting the theory exam.

100% Theory and Competent Practical

4. I understand that to be issued a statement of competency I must achieve 100% in both the theory exam and be deemed competent in the practical assessment.

One opportunity to correct answers

5. I understand that I will be given one opportunity to correct any incorrect answers on the theory exam, and if I do not achieve 100% on the second attempt, I must undertake further training and assessment on a different day using a different assessment paper.

45 Minutes for Theory

6. I understand the time allocated to undertake the theory assessment is no more than 45 minutes for each attempt.

Individual demonstration of competence

7. I understand that each marine licence student must be given the opportunity to individually demonstrate their competence in the prescribed activities.

8. I have read AquaBoat Licence's Refund Policy and Fee Structure.

Notify Any Support Needed

9. I will notify AquaBoat Licence via email should I require support with my training and assessment program.
